Mayweather vs. Ortiz fight, a tremendous boxing history

Ortiz will be defending his title, WBC Welterweight belt, for the first time he defeated Andre Berto just a few months ago known as unbeaten before he fought it. The previously undefeated Berto was favored to win over Ortiz but the underdog still managed to come out on top and won the game via unanimous decision. Their explosive clash is now regarded as Fight of the Year Contender and from then on, Ortiz has been considered as the number two welterweight boxer in the world, just behind Manny “Pacman” Pacquiao that is awesome record brought by “Vicious” Victor Ortiz. He has also gained some courage and self-esteem after facing several setbacks on his career.and now that the new arrangement for the fight that Ortiz should be facing is the fight through another unbeaten Floyd Mayweather and the fight that will transact their fans and boxing critics to another one of a kind event that we all have to witness. This is the fight of Mayweather vs. Ortiz.

“Vicious” Victor Ortiz has come to take on the biggest challenge of his life in just a few days from now. The 24-year old boxer will be facing up against boxing superstar Floyd Mayweather, Jr. Their much-awaited and highly buzzed about duel will be held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada on September 17. It is the fight of Floyd Mayweather vs. Victor Ortiz and it is their match- up is said to be David vs. Goliath, as Mayweather is a force to be reckoned with in the world of boxing, while Ortiz is considered as one of the up and coming fighters. But the young boxer vows to end the career of Mayweather with a knockdown as he is out to become the first boxer to defeat the former pound for pound king of the world.

The Mayweather vs. Ortiz fight is more than what other boxing fans is expected, it is the fight that will be another contribution for making it as boxing history.
